Governance structures SIRC did not have a GBA+ implementation plan in place during the 2018-19 fiscal year. GBA+ will be an ongoing consideration as part of SIRC's transition to a broader mandate as the National Security and Intelligence Review Agency (NSIRA). A GBA+ champion will be identified.
Human resources SIRC did not have a GBA+ implementation plan in place during the 2018-19 fiscal year. GBA+ will be an ongoing consideration as part of SIRC's transition to a broader mandate as the National Security and Intelligence Review Agency (NSIRA). Greater diversity in the workforce is an important staffing objective going forward. Tracking employee demographics, including through the Public Service Employee Survey, will support this objective.
